 I made the cloud out of posterboard and cotton wool. Then, on an icy cold and windy day, my mother helped me to put attach it to the bottom of the top rung of the monkey bars in our local playground. Thanks, Michael, for being my scared model on such a cold day.
Afterwards, I cropped it and adjusted the colors, applied some neat image. Resized, sharpened and saved for web.

The flash reflections are distracting and takes away from the emotions of the model. Otherwise a good pic.

Good expresion, composition, and capture. An additional vertical depth element might help, as the rug/mat looks flat rather than vertical.

Without the title I'd have no idea what phobia you intended to depict here. This might look elevated if there was a reference point visible in the frame.

this shot is too grainy and im not really getting the feeling of the child being very high up

I like the effort you made with your cloud and the fact that you read the challenge description - you named your phobia in the title AND you are actually depicting fear. Well done!
The reflections on your model's glasses are bothering me, but you came up with an original idea.
