Now, here is an image that I pegged at 5.9 to 6.00 I realized that the neophyte might miss ir and think it a lens effect. Thanks to those that got it.

Anyway, it was inspired by the "Slippy" thread. It is a caricature and here is how it is done.

You use the flip box. Open shutter: fire strobe and shoot head: flip the box, then run back about five feet from where the head was and pose and fire strobe for body.

Now, one technical note: if the flaps close true then you get a thin fuzzy line, but if you obstruct the closing so that they do not close true than the fuzzy line becomes wider and will allow for a slight overlap.

What made it fun was that the day before I got a cold and my face was actually swollen. I even wondered if I could have the patience to do it. lol
