Lighting is great, but I agree both dice should be in focus, or at least readable... I'd also shoot from an angle (so the points aren't parallel to the image edges), I think that might energize it a bit. |

This is a splendid image. The colors are fantastic. The ultrasharp focus on the one die is terrific. A really excellent demonstration of DOF to highlight a subject. And a wonderful photo because of the movement implied by the out of focus part of the photo. My top rated photo for this challenge. Hope it ribbons. |

This is good overall, but, for it to work really well, both dice need to be in focus. 8 |
