 Rotated 3 degrees, cropped, desaturated, colorized, adjusted hue, saturation, and lightness, levels, USM, sharpen, added border.

Used the well-known "rule of fourths". (It is fourths, right? ;-) )

I knew you had to ribbon sooner or later - you're just too creative to escape DPC's front page! Congratulations and well-earned! I love a picture that doesn't take itself too seriously yet is uncompromisingly excellent.

Love the shadow the Slinky casts. Well shot, very cool. Only critique is that the purple cast is a bit strong. A tad over done, IMO 8

Interesting idea. The objects, candle, slinky and shadow, are nicely position within the frame. The colour is very calming though the flame appears to be blown out.

I really like the imagination used in this shot. Cool idea to use a slinky to create the interesting shadow pattern on the wall. Like the choice of color cast too.
