I tried to incorporate red/green values as much as I could then snapped this next to our tree losing depth of field to focus on the ring and case. Photoshopped- cleaned up some surface lint, adjusted the lighting to soften the edges and bring the eye towards the center of the ring and case.

Nice photo, but the shadows are a little harsh. A softer light source may have helped.

That blue in the background is distracting. A closer crop would help this shot.

A bit diamond ring shining would have been even more special here. Good try.

Ay! I dont know many people that own one of these like I do, but I am absolutely in love with them. Let me makea suggestion to display my favorite piece of jewelry with a little more love. Focus directly ON the heart of the ring, because at it is its blurred quite a bit. And probably try to put spot lighting directly on the ring!

This is a bit too cluttered with too many different elements distracting from the ring you are trying to show off. But you have some nice bokeh happening, and I appreciate the effort to make this look like something in a Christmas Catalog.
