This is a perfect example of how filters (in Photoshop) can convert an average boring shot into something more exciting.
Post processing work:
Duplicate layers.
Applied radial blur filter to the top layer.
Erased the main subject from the blurred layer.
Channel Mixer.
Unsharp Mask.
