Unique! The dark mood works for me as well as the distorsions. Hope you will share us how did you achieve this.
Uhm... it that cup empty?
Gave it a 8 instead of 9 because of the camera, even if it's obviously part of the composition.

a test of photography for self-portrait, I distinct well the apparatus, I see a deformation on the level of the mainq and a kind of face lost in the shade, a little more light would have given detail in the face.

I love the shot and the filter thats on it, my only suggestion would be to work on the lighting its a bit dark and im not sure if the focus is of or if its because of the filter. But over all good job
