your dimenisons are 300 X 225 .
Now look at the past challengs winners and see if you can find one this size.
640 x 427 or 480 works just fine.

Normal that this Mister is tired, it misses a part of the head and the other person is really cut out.

This looks more like a snapshot. I think you should have gotten all of him in the shot, with less wall to the right. Maybe also a different angle. Also, try to make the largest side 640.

This pic is to small, which makes it so I am unable to see any details, seems blurry probably due to the size.

Despite the tilting attempt, is still appears to be too much of a snap shot. The small pic makes it hard to see some details.

The shot is rather blurry, so I had to take off points there. It's also quite small. I do like the concept being worked on though. Are you sure it's napping though? It looks very posed. Plus the part of the head is chopped off! Maybe cropping out the ladies at the corner might work a bit more and giving the guy his head back. For this shot, I gave a 4.
