Looks like a scanned Christmas image from 1969.

The night before Christmas? I think it is a cultural thing to put gifts in shoes (boots) so I'm assuming that is what this is. It's a pretty messy composition. The lower half of the frame is dominated by blurry vague shapes of zero interest which do nothing to lead the viewer's eye to the main subject, the boots. The boots themselves don't make for engaging subject matter being rather drably colored and utilitarian. The toys R us wrap in the background just adds to the visual clutter. This doesn't look like much care was put into creating a visually pleasing image for the viewer.

the blur objects in front is distracting. keep composition simple and remove anything not helpful to your subject. if front objects are important, use a deeper depth of field to keep sharpness. imo. 5

The subject is not so aesthetic, the mass of blur of the foreground does not arrange the situation.

Those bit white things in the front are too distracting, too many things on the photo and hard to find the subject.

This image is in need of a lot of work to bring it to something worthwhile.
The foreground is a real mess, and needs to be pin sharp or not there at all.
The colour cast (orange) needs to be removed.
The main subject needs to be lit to bring it to the viewers attention.

I took quite long to figure this out. Are they presents for a birthday party?
