My big, red cock

I must admit, I love the bokeh happening in the background.. and I swear it was completely accidental .. lol

Post-processing ... Nothing special - crop.. saturation .. resize... blah, blah, blah

Chickens move too much..This is a Buff Brahma Bantam Rooster for those that are curious.

Woop... that's bright red. I like the close up. Nice detail. I would say the color might be a touch too intense.. but it's a great image.

Compositionally this feels awkward. there is a very definite vertical split bang on half way.
The bird feels squashed into the right hand side of the frame. Also that chicken wire in the background needs to be less obvious. A bigger apperture might have dropped it out of the DOF a little more.
