 yet another last minute entry.
I had all month to shoot and I waited until I had five hours left before shooting and editing.
I completely stole this idea from a random image that I saw on-line somewhere.
I've no idea who done the original or anything about it.
I just thought it was a really original idea and their version was perfectly executed.
It's certainly a lot better than mine is.
But I had to try.

Post processing:
curves
hue/saturation
neat image
and quite a few healing brushes (I really need to get my lens cleaned!!!)

Creative :) ... some more post editing with a whiter background or clicked with higher exposure compensation would have made the shot look better.. just my $0.02

It's been done but fairly nice execution. seems to be cropped a little tight and I think a more stark white background would have done this one better.

5 - Clever idea, well done if it is original. Criticism; more subtle in my opinion would have made this better, perhaps a pencil instead of 'ink', not sure. Also in this case, not quite so close, or rather, some more space around, especially to incorporate that foreshadow more if possible. Seems a bit of grain which may be a result of too tight a crop, or maybe the grain is intentional, who knows. Not sure on the frame, perhaps black would have complemented this better.

Very original. When I saw the shot, I said "what the hell is this trying to show". I scrolled up to the title and moved you from a 3 to a 6.

I really like this conceptual shot. It is very well done and not at all cracked:-) The overall composition is simple and clean. The message is not scrambled it comes in loud and clear. The viewer instantly makes the connection that the missing chick has been counting down the days in his 'cell' and now has finally broken free. Very well done!
