I like it how you captured the warm colors of the leaves in the foreground - they are in stark contrast with cold/frozen background. The green leaf hanging from the top - you could have done without it though, and the trunk of the tree seems slightly oversharpened.
Still, one of the top 20 from my perspective.

Very lovely shot. I would have preferred the dock not being in the shot, giving it a more untouched wilderness appearance.

The scene has a crispness to it that I have to applaude. The color of the trees and the ice is a great contrast. The only thing I didnt like its the post on the right bottom corner.

I find the few green leaves right up the top rather distracting. The rest is lovely!
