Great train! But the house steals the attention here by its placement and lightness. There needs to be a little more train and a less distracting background.

You have used two strong aspects of good photography. A large clear main subject and motion blur for a background. The image is still lacking in interest as you have chose a rather common subject which didn't have any added subject matter to make it of high interest.
