Well, this is a perfect fit for the challenge and a cute photo in the album to boot! :0)
The color cast is off somewhat, making the skin tones look more yellow than natural. White balance is needed to help with that problem.
The composition is fair- The shadow on the top is distracting and also the corner of the dresser on the left. They work to pull the eye away from your subject instead of towards it. Also you might have considered placing the frame a little off center and maybe putting some booties or a rattle on the right to make the image flow a little better.
The subject is engaging and tells a nice story as well.
