I thought I left a comment here but it seems to have disappeared!
This is a gorgeous shot, you've gotten a lot of great comments already so I can't really add anything significant except that I agree with trimming a bit off the bottom. |

I like this because of the lighting between the sun and the rocks. Awesome sky. |

Beautiful scene for sure and I don't mind the silhouetting of the rocks in the foreground as it adds to the overall impact of light and dark throughout the photo. What sets this photo apart from being great in my opinion is the lack of a focal point. Sure, landscapes don't need one per say, but I feel that my eye is kept moving around too much for such a peaceful scene. I would try to use the caves or arches as my focal point and place them in the thirds lines. Just trying to be helpful, still a very good photo of a beautiful place. |

You know what?? I think this photo could win awards if you could lighten up and give a little more detail to the foreground. You can do that by adjusting the levels so that the foreground is just like you like it -- then adding a duplicate layer and turning the background back like it's supposed to be -- and erasing thru the foregound so the lighter underlayer shows through. It's beautiful. I love the slow dreamy water created by the slow shutter speed. Just a little more light and it would be drop-dead gorgeous in my opinion!

I think that it looks good. There is one spot in the sky that seems blown out, but that is expected.....its the SUN. Great picture. |

This is really beautiful. I suppose I would like to see slightly more light detail in those cool looking rocks but the semi-silhouette effect is nice as well.
Have you ever thought of using two exposures? Like layering the sunset over the rock/water shot which was taken ten minutes earlier??? It's done all the time. |

Too much at the bottom but the colors are beautiful! I do like the rocks and the reflection on the water, there's just too much of the rocks for my liking. Maybe crop those out a bit. |

Paul
nice colors and setting
but it does not seem balanced to me... to much foreground (my 2c worth only)
I thing it would look better if you cropped the bottom off it to make the sky 1/3 of the hight to make it more of a panorama shot... crop just above the first rock in the calm water on the left |
