Man, Kelly!!! I'm with Alfresco! There seems to be no method to what the voters vote high or low. This photo is awesome! And its perfect for the challenge. I don't get it either.

This is a very nice candid shot. You made an excellent choice presenting this in black & white, and it's well-composed, too. I may be projecting, but he looks like he's waiting for his wife to finish her shopping, and I can appreciate how that feels.... |

I'm going to have to give you a 9. I love the subtle elements of the photograph. The sign advertising "Fun Food" contrasted with the lack of fun that we see taking place. Smart. Nice use of black and white. |
