I think the lighting needs to be more on your subject and not shadows. |

I love the subtle humor is this combination of signs. I feel sorry for the people who don't read the titles as they'll miss this one (as well as mine). |

Great! At first I just thought it was just a photo of two signs pointing in opposite direstions, then I saw what each sign was pointing to. Nice commentary on your part. |

I like the contrast of the nature of the signs, but I think this would have a much greater effect at night....but I doubt that the church sign would be lit...hmm. I also would have liked to see this from a wider angle, one that would include some of the ground as well. Nice work |

Cute concept, which way did you go? While I don't see anything here technically wrong, and you have got a great basis for interest, but I still can't quite "get behind" this shot. It's me, not you, this view isn't to my taste, then again, I didn't like the bums either, but most of them got good scores. Photo 9 City 8 total 8 |

good eye on the signs. Like the conception you are trying to represent. |

Good eye!! A lower perspective may help it a bit but I really like it. 9 -Tim |

Heaven or Hell? Hmmm. Choices, choices! (LOL!). I like this alot. Tells alot about the people in the city.... huge variety. |

Old time beer and old time religion, take your pick:) Nice idea. I like the juxtaposition of the signs. The building is a little burned out, but that makes the church sign stand out more. Would it have been possible to get good sun lines in the early morning or late afternoon? A warmer color temperature might have made it less sterile and might have reduced the contrast some. |

Great commentary, a nice find. The lighting's poor-another time of day would have been better. Ah, if only there were two choices. And if only one of them was 'right'. |

the BEER way! Nice photo - although I must admit, at first glance I just saw a photo of signs-my mistake. How do people find this sort of humorous stuff - I guess maybe that when it's there, you just can't help but notice. Great Job!! The irony is almost toooo much-haha |

funny - a shot that looks like it would appear on Leno or Letterman. Would have been nice to have the church sign outside of the shadow. |

What a hoot this is.........good eye. Little over exposed of the white wall but I see your dealing with shadows. Fun shot. Kee |

LoL, decisions, decisions... This shot might have been helped by shooting when the sun hit the signs. Or maybe even the sun on the church sign with the bar in shadow. Of course it's often hard to get the sun to pose. |
