Beautiful, rich colours, I would have liked to see a better focus though, maybe just more DOF.

These don't really look like country flags but colored banners. Picture is fuzzy (poor focus or motion blur) and yellow is certainly overexposed.

Nice colors. Would be better with less blur - bump up ISO and shutter speed for less motion blur, stop down for more DOF.

Not quite sure how this measures up to the "even" brief.
For that reason I can't score it well.
Otherwise, I like the colours, and it's a really neat idea well executed.
