That's definitely odd, but the light is a bit distracting, and the focus could be better. Keep trying. :)

Poor, poor kitty - it looks terrified and miserable. I hope you gave him/her a jolly good dry off and cuddle after this . (You didn't get kitty wet just for the shot did you?) A fun memory snap - but nothing more I'm afraid. The focus needs to be sharper and think about your composition more.
