 I was at a BBQ last night and this was the scene from where we were sitting eating! It was so tranquil.

Pat, beautiful picture! It's so peaceful. I love peaceful pictures. What a nice place to hold a BBQ.

I like this picture very much. The tree is on a rule of 1/3 and the water is wonderful for a balance. I think to hide the tree in back can help. 7

Very serene shot, reflex does a cool effect on the picture, so does the contrast between shade and sun.

I'm seeing the country but where's the life? There's something crazy going on with the water to the left as if it is standing up. I don't know?

Good attempt given the challenging lighting (bright sky, dark foreground). The grass looks a little too well kept to be "country" though. I like the composition of the tree and river - very nice.
