i think a straight horizon would work a lot better, from a compositional aspect. Otherwise, excellent pic, this is a lot similar to my own style.

A vertical crop with a little bit more foreground would be better I think.

I only just saw those people in the bottom.
I was ready to dismiss it as "another nice, but boring sunset picture"
So it went from a five to a seven.

8 - Excellent perspective and scaling. Criticism; apologies if wrong but, the horizon looks like it needs a slight nudge up on the right. Depending what you had to work with, perhaps the couple a little more off center, or centered more, not sure. Works well like this, but wonder whether a variation would have given this just a little 'extra'. The colors are nice and difficult to adjust given the variation I imagine. Perhaps a small 'issue' bottom right corner of the frame, 'dark area', not sure. As I said, for me, the best thing about this shot, is the perspective and scale.

I love it when these shot have tiny humans in them. just really give a great sense of the vastness of the landscape and changes the entire shot.

Great use of negative space. I like everything about this photo excpet the two people seem to be too much to the center for my taste. (7)
