| Wow, I really like this image. The blue light strips are interesting, and the reflections look awesome. The concept 'even' doesn't seem really obvious in it, though - but there are two of the tall buildings at least |

| I don't know the rule of four. I will assume this represents even, but I think it would look better if there was either less sky or less water. |

Forgive me, but I find nothing even here at all.
Architecturally even?
Not really, as there is no symmetry to the photo.
That said, I'm loving the effect of the long exposure helping the reflections of light on the water right along.
