 Used a single barn doors spot, 100w. Model on black floorboard with black background. Adjusted Brightness/Contrast/Intensity (BCI: 14,28,0)
Desaturated image, then added a slight sepia tint (RGB: 8,4,0)
Cropped then resampled down to 610 and then added frame and border.

The black is nice to keep the dynamic range low. Some shadow. Subject seems to be in stess with all the weight on the arm.

Her pose seems a tad awkward. I think I'd like it better if she were more straight and the crop included more of her torso. Nice lighting. I like her hair tumbling over the right shoulder.
