| I remember liking this photo a lot when it appeared in the camouflage challenge last November. Still like it very much. And I love to be the first to choose it as a favorite. |

| I would prefer this one without the tree trunks but nevertheless it works really well. Great colours, the soft lighting helps a lot and the low viewpoint connects us so well with the stag. 9. |

| What I appreciate about this is how the antlers and trees mimic each other in form. I'm about 3/4 through this thing and it's the best above-water wildlife photo I've seen so far in this challenge. |

| 8 - Excellent colors and capture. Criticism; maybe just a fraction less of the fore 'blur', even though it does add to the shot, not sure. Perhaps more crop off the top too, making the stag(?) 'feature' more, don't know. Good with the limbs/trunks/branches in the background behind it's antlers, very good meet of the Challenge. |

| Very nice. The antlers almost blend in with the trees. I really like the brown/orange against the green of the trees. |

| Great DOF. Seems slightly tilted - I'd straighten it ever so slightly. Maybe crop down about 2 inches off of the top as well, then you really focus on the buck. |

| Wow, fantastic picture, beautifully framed. The Red/brown of the deer really matches the underbrush and the antlers really do resemble the trees in the background. 10 out of 10 all the way.. |
