| How does the division of your picture into three frames enhance the photo? How does this "tell...a story or illustrates a concept or object" better than the original image? |

| I don't find the picture particularly exciting, and the splitting of the picture adds nothing to it. The sky and clouds are nice. |

| I'm not sure I would have "seen" this picture in the making had I been on location, but you certainly did. That's why you get a 9 from me while I continue to ponder for days anew. |
