 Last minute Idea. Took pictures of my actual filing cabinet drawers.Hope this is sharp enough to see. Took photos, Cropped , sharpened, burned, adjusted levels and turned up the sat a bit.

A clever and creative concept. Fits the challenge nicely IMo. I'm thinking that perhaps the photo could be enhanced with some minor editing. The lighting overall is even, no distracting shadows or hot spots, but it seems a wee bit 'drab'. Maybe a little bit of color adjustment and some levels tweaking, even a bit of contrast boost could give a little stronger tonality to the image. What I would do if working with wood grain like that, is to try and bring out stronger darks and mids, but maybe that's just me :-)

I have a stuff filing system also, but mine is more in the shape of a pile ;) Still has a top middle and bottom though. I really like this triptych, quite humorous. And i do like that you used three different drawers rather than just changing the label out.
