Oh, man, this was vastly underappreciated! I gave this an 8. Criticisms aside, I think this picture deserved much better than it got. It's such a fun illustration of a good concept. |

cool idea and tells most of the story, unfortunately the story dominates the visual aspect of this. I don't have any ideas how to rectify that. good luck |

LOL
I'd never have guessed that a Monopoly board could be good for so much. |

Very creative. I like it. The DOF in the center panel is off. The house is OOF while the hotels are in focus. 8 |

Creative. I don't think the shallow DOF helped this effort. I would have used the board lines when cropping to give all three shots the same angle. |

5 - Good idea/concept. Criticism; the alignment/arrangement in #1 doesn't seem to be uniform with 2 & 3, just minor details like that in shots like this need to be spot on in my opinion. The colors have more potential than what you have captured, whether it be because of composition or 'focal points', not sure. Also, the white framing does not 'enhance' these shots, not sure, but likely black may have worked better in my opinion. Didn't 'see' the 'Rags to Riches' concept until looking at the title, so while this is 'a shot of Monopoly', I get the 'message', but it still is, well, a shot of Monopoly. |
