I wonder if a sephia or black & white treatment would've given you a better score. You eyes are drawn toward the giraffe because of the coloring (whites) and thus most viewers would not really think that it was camoflauging itself.

A beutiful picture for sharpness and light, but I do not see any connection to the challenge - it is rather a denial of "camouflage", but not in any revealing or meaningful sense.

Until now I never thought of a giraffe as having camouflage coloring. Great shot!

Fine shot, I love the expression. I think the giraffe's pattern works better from a distance, so a longer shot would have been stronger.
