Downtown Knoxville

This photo was taking on a rather nice day, sky was lightly textured, not too bright. What I did to achieve this look was select the entire sky area between the buildings, then I used 'selective color' adjustments (blue) & (white) to create more drama. I may have adjusted 'levels' after that. I then dodged alot of the building fronts/roads to create more contrast, followed by Virtual Photographers (Photocopy) filter. I think thats it!

Glad a few people enjoyed it. Can't you just see one of those Machines rising up out of the background?

nice photo! this really has an awesome grunge feeling to it... kind of a weird feeling how the sky turns into black at the top, but I think I like it and it adds to the picture, 11 favorites? that proves it : )
