I really like this. The shot really sets up a great mood. Like a campy 50's horror movie or Twilight Zone episode. I like the motion blur that you have going on as if he's spun around to meet what was sneaking up behind him. Great job!

I'm not familiar with the draganizer effect, but I like it quite a bit. It seems like you started with a well-focused shot, and the dramatic lighting brings out the boy's features nicely. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have him looking directly at the camera, or towards the left. Somehow, his looking into the shadow is making my eyes uncomfortably jog back and forth from the shadow to his eye. But of course, that's probably just my own weird quirk. :) Nice work.
