 Curves and white balance adjustment in RAW; then in Paint Shop Pro some additional adjustments to curves, hue/sat, shadow/highlight, and color balance. Reduced size to the required dimensions, applied USM and then added a Gaussian blur layer set to about 30 percent opacity for softness. Added border.

Don't you just love rules and guide lines that are intended for artists that don't need them and insecure people that have no idea what freedom of art and choice is all about...do they still burn books too!! You did a beautiful job with this image...editing or no editing...I'd give it a ribbon!

Oops! I could have sworn that basic editing rules allowed Gaussian blur and Noise to be added on a separate layer, but upon re-reading the rules I see that only adjustment layers are allowed. My bad! :)

What lovely, delicate lighting. The water looks so beautiful. Your picture looks like a pretty painting. I wish this was an advanced editing challenge so you could have cloned out that wire.

lovely textures and lighting. generally I prefer a more open shot for landscape photography, but I think this works well.
