So what was your secret? I can't believe this was 157. I thought for sure we'd see this in the Top 10. |

This is a very ambitious landscape, because it has so little land in it! For me it works very well. I like the tower ( I don't think it's a lighthouse?) ... it gives scale and depth to the marvellous cloudscape. 7 |

Dramatic in the sky. I like this. Your contrast is on the edge for the cloud. Good luck. I see this was checked. Glad you passed. Third time I have looked. Just fantastic. |

Did you sharpen the clouds to make them look surreal or unnatural? It just looks a little off to me. |

My idea of a landscape photo is one that captures the natural environment. Some editing is fine!! I just feel that this is a bit much. I would really like to see it unedited, a little more "aunatural". |

That is cool, very nice job. |

VERY draqmatic! The tower on the hill makes the picture even more interesting. The little small white buildings in the left bottom part are somewhat disturbing my eye. |

Wow. I'm gonna sit here for 30 seconds and figure how this is done with basic editing. OK, it's was more than 30 seconds. I'm going to give you a 9 but I'm gonna ask for validation (sorry). I just can't see how this was done without selection. Hmmm...coming back. perhaps a gradient yellow filter on the lens to remove blue and then desaturate yellows? I hope this gets validated because I'm very intrigued about the effect and will be first in line to find out how it was done. |

Nice idea, but overprocessed. |

I woudl have preferred to have seen more of the 'land'. |

The sky is very dramatic. I really like the sky. But I would either have included more of the ground below or no ground. What you have there now is just enough land that I am staring at it trying to figure out what it is and what that white at the top of the hill is. The clouds alone would have been impressive. |

I like the bottom half of your photo, but those clouds look overly processed and kind of fake to me, especially in the highlight areas. |

I like how you have captured the texture and movement in the clouds. |
