No color, some still had dried up blood and people might not like that...best of the photos that I took, but that's not saying much.

From the teeth, I'd guess these to be wild boar lower jaws. The photo quality is excellent. B&W was a good choice (esp. for the reasons you stated). It is a bit barbaric, not something I'd hang on MY wall, but the challenge reference is clear to me and the photo quality is plenty high. (I didn't vote this challenge, but I'd probably go a 7 or 8)

i think the problem with this photo is people didnt get the impression of country life and the title didnt help explain what we are looking at. it is a really strong picture, much better in b&w than it would be in colour. i like it but some people expect feilds which i think is why you got marked down mate. dont give up keep trying

Very Interesting.... Black & White works well here. Perhaps cropping could have been a bit more symetrical. (less cropping on the right to mirror the left a bit more?)

This photo has too abstract a feel to it as I'm not able to discern exactly what animal is represented here. It would have worked better for me if you had zoomed in on one of the trophies and shown some detail so there would have been something more interesting to look at. Coumpounding this is a drab background and the B&W.

What kind of animal is that?

This is so gruesome but I love the repetition of the skull things. I don't think I want to know what they are or were though. I'd probably like to see a little more contrast in it but otherwise very interesting concept.

What are those, Javelina? Cool shot, I like the b&w and the repetition.
