| IMO the hand needs to be on the left, my eye is being led to the crayons, when the hand appears to be the subject. |

| To me this would have seemed more busy if the child was actually working on the drawing. |

| had this same idea but couldn't execute it, if child were holding one of the markers - not necessarily drawing or anything - it may have portrayed "busy" a little better than the hand just laying there, the shadow is a teeny bit distracting, overall - a good image though and a good idea :) |
