 I used a shutter speed of 5 seconds, and made a ghost of the aloe. I had tried earlier to use several different plants to really get the growth affect, but it didn't work out. My mom was a big help on this one- she helped me to figure out how to make the shutter stay open long enough, and she modelled for the picture. I used levels to make the color a bit better- it was really red before.

I think this merited a higher score than what it got. A nice idea too. Keep thinking out of the box.
