 NO flash, handheld taken by natural candlelight. 1/30 Sec. My first attempt at an elaborate carving.
I did not remove background which is why you will see another pumpkin slightly behind it. We had just got home from trick or treating, and I had only one hour to take the photo, edit, and submit. Only cropped, adjusted levels and resized. Next year I will do better I promis! :-)

Intricately carved! I love all the faces in the castle image! Some distracting elements (table, pumpkin behind, plate)...If it were just a bit more crisp in focus and a little less noisy it would be a more satisfying image.

The photograph is not perfect but this still gets a big ten from me for the quality of the artwork

This is unfortunate, you did a great job of carving this design, which I know includes a cool backdrop (that some how got left out), but the photo barely shows this. This was hard and little time. great effort :)
