 This was fun. We carved 15 pumkins and had some pretty good group shots, had dry ice fog for effects (wanted a clear evening to get tree sillouette backgrounds...alas none worked well. Had a party Saturday night and the next morning Murphy the broccoli eating terrier had chewed on one of the pumpkins - its uncle rupert near the centre from the 'night of the living dead', In the end, this was the best I could do. My daughters and friends were a co-sculptors.

Wow! I knew I could make top 100 in this one but this is amazing - I'm a happy guy.

I didn't even see the grey bar on the side until the next day - its my inept use of photoshop. I had submitted an individual pumpkin photo (the grandkid with the led light in this photo) which I was reasonably happy with. Then when I had the family set up for Hallowe'en - adjusting candles, arrangements and exposures (while the trick'r'treaters were visiting), got this one with about 45 minutes left (we are 3 hrs behind dpc time). In my haste prepping the pic, the grey bar appeared. Oh well, the family was interesting enough to distract- I'll post a corrected version.

Great! I particularly fancy that one with the sewn-together mouth ;-) The only irritation is that bizaar grey stripe along the left side. Was that intentional or some sort of mishap?

Nice. Lots of carvings there. The pic set up is very good, but some of the pumpkins seem overexposed. Not to worry, Im only voting the carvings themselves.
