| Other than being blurry, this will also suffer from voter saturation with the recent pumpkin challenge. And it is really blurry. |

| I don't see where shutter speed leads to the "main impact". It just looks like a badly focused shot. |

| Uhhh...I see two (poorly-focused) jack-o-lanterns. Perhaps you wanted to submit this for the "pumpkin-carving" challenge. Here, it totally disregards the guidelines of "shutter-speed use." |

| The background is so dark I can't tell if they are moving or not. It just looks like an out of focus picture to me. |
