I like your composition, The bridge it taken at a great angle. For me it is a shame there weren't a few more red rear lights in the foreground - though admittedly this may have meant driving down the wrong side of the road, in which case, maybe not such a bright idea =;-)

The moving subject may be just a little "too' faint. IMO.

Oooh - all the primary colors!! Very pretty. Good use of leading line as well.
