 I was trying to take photoes of my 8 year old, Hávar, because there was this wonderful natural light from a nearby window. But he was too “busy” noticing the camera. You could think he was playing computer games – because the photo does not reveal what he is doing – but actually he was repairing a yo-yo that he had borrowed from a friend. At the moment I took the photo he had just put some glue on it trying to make as it was... before he dropped it on a stone floor!

I like the light, monotone color against the shock of orange from his t-shirt and red from his lips. I also like the cropping.
