 I took this down on the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio, TX. I sat the camera up on a tripod, turned off the flash, and took a few shots. This was one of my favorite. And to make this go with the challenge, if it wasn't for my slow shutter speed then the water wouldnt have come out so smooth and sort of blured.

Thank yall for your kind words. This is my first photo to enter in a contest. So I'm still learning. As for the spot PhantomEWO, I wish I could describe it to you, but I dont known the Riverwalk well enough.
