This is very effective. Good focus and I like the angle.

i like the soft tones used, and choice of B&W.

You could've called this one "floating head" since that's about all we can see and it looks like you have no body. Good serious looking pic.

I like this! Very sculptured-feeling. Not sure what it is, maybe the sharpness of the image, but I like it a lot.

For some reason I'm reminded of Albert Einstein. Very nice effect the way the head appears to float in space. Good focus and lighting too

Wow.... stellar quality. I love the catchlights in your eyes, and the even, delicate lighting. Awesome.

LOL, "serious swede". :D Needs more contrast in the face, maybe by lighting the midtones? Not sure. Pretty good anyway.

The head tilt seems a little unnatural, and the black shirt has a mixed effect for me. When the neck is already shadowed a bit (right side) it works nicely, but when it is an abrupt change (left side) it seems awkward. The capture on the face is very nice, with the lighting and detail working out very well. I get the feeling that it captures the person well.

You've captured the full range of tones here; good catchlights in the eyes although one eye has a little too much. The focus is excellent and you can see real "character" in this photo.

Good lighting. Too much of an angle?

Nice composition but not enough contrast. It's overall a bit dark. If you have Photoshop ... go to Image - Adjustments - Levels and play with the settings. :-)

Your focus and clarity here are really great. Wonderful detail. I especially love how your hair stands out on the background, and sticks up at the top. lol Kind of creepy how you are a floating head, but I can see just a slight hint of shirt going down toward the left. Very nice self portrait.
