Editing: Crop, Color Correction, levels, increase blue saturation, healing brush on background to get rid of an odd line, noise removal, resize, unsharp mask, sharpen tool on blue of ribbon, save for web.
This didn't turn out exactly the way I had pictured it in my mind but I decided to enter it anyway. I printed out some DPC blue ribbons on a piece of decal stuff and stuck it on the side of this crystal ball. My husband held it up and for some reason he just couldn't hold his hand the way I wanted him to! Anyway, the sun went behind the clouds and I tried it again inside and it really looked like crap. So, I went with this one - it will probably get in the 4's but I kind of like it and decided I really don't care if it is in the tank score wise. |

| I got a chuckle out of this, but man... get a hand model or clean up your own hands some before you take a shot like this. Even using a woman's concealer cream would have worked wonders. |

| ...especially against the white background. i would have liked to see this against a different color so that it was easier to see the transparent quality to the orb. like the blue! ; ) |
