*Critique Corner*
Guess who got yours. What do I say about yours? The focus is good the lighting works well for this, leaving mild shadows where needed. That one strand of hair adds such a statement to the photo, but at the same time that is where your problem is. As I sit here I notice it looks slightly soft at the end and I can decide if it is fanning out slightly of if the focus is off on it. Whichever it is it does pull the eye to it.
Over all I thing this is a very beautiful self portrait and well done.

| Nice, simple, sweet. I like the space on the left side that keeps your face from being overpowering or overpowered - a nice balance there - and the strand of hair hanging down over your face makes the picture, in many ways. Beautiful. |

| The bottom of the picture seems a bit strange to me cause it looks like your chin extends into your shoulder without much seperation. |

I think a portrait should reveal some character, or emotion of the model, by showing expression in eyes or other facial features. Did your picture accomplish that? Yes.

Creativity: not much
