Just playing around with different facial expressions, plus I wanted it to look different to my portraite that I did for magazine. I have had a lot of time constraints this week, as I have no computer for a few days. I have to use someone elses.

Anyway this photo was taken using a hand held camera, as I do not have a timer. Its a little soft, and I am sure some people will hate that, but ultimately I hope it adds to the emotion of it.

You can see a white dot on my check (where the light picks up on something), and also one in my left eye. Yes they are real tears.

Comes across more as fear than sadness. I like the blue tones.

The tones and the smoothness of your skin make this look almost like a mannequin. Could be a little clearer too.

this doesn't say sadness to me, it says fear

Very emtotional shot. There's a bit too much black space at the top of the photo for me and I think I'd like to have seen just a hint of your lips through the fingers to get across even more feeling. But you'ld have to be happy with this shot. It's great - 8

Looks more like you're scared, as opposed to sad. I like the purple/blue hue however.

Focus is off and your expression looks to be more shock or startle than sadness. Also, I wish the glare of the lights weren't in your eyes.

Very good expression of shock or disbelief, but doesn't represent sadness to me. However I don't judge according to title. You did a good job on this. Congrats.

The expression in your eyes comes off more scared then sad to me, but I really like the expression. The reflection coming off of your right eye is a little distracting. I like the color. 7.

With your eyes so wide and your hand covering your mouth this way, you look almost like an poster for the latest "Halloween" film. LOL! I like it.
