Post Challenge Edit:
I must say I am disappointed in how this did. It was at 4.7 for most of the week. I think people didn't give it enough time to see the motion caused by a long shutter speed.
I think I am going to stop entering challenges for a while.

------------------------------

I am curious as to how this will do. I expect between 5.4 and 5.9.

I know it's not a technically difficult shot, but it's isn't something you see every challenge either. I'm hoping that scores me a few points!

Nice photo, but your motion is too subtile

I find the horizontal white line behind the ferry to be really distracting. Everytime I look up at the picture, that's what my eye is drawn to.

did you try one with a longer exposure?

well done, may have done even better in the reflections challange, IMO, but like it very much

Nice capture. It may suffer from the DNMC, as it is not obvious (other than from the star-effect on the lights caused by really small aperture) that this is a long exposure. Still the image has appeal, and that is ultimately what prevails. Good luck!
