This was a valiant effort. I don't think it worked out as well as you hoped though. The focus is pretty soft. The subject looks oversharpened and the whole pic looks oversaturated. I'm seeing pixelation in the greens on the bottom Left corner. I really wish this would've worked out a little better for you.

These are fun little critters to capture on film. Nice work and nice cropping.

congratulations for catching a lovely image of something that must have been very difficult to do! The color on the nesk and the detail of the feathers there is marvelous. Nice off center too - must be a crop of a larger pic? It is pixleated - but it succeeds regardless. 8

great shot, good colours and motion. Might also have worked as a portrait presentation with more of the branch.

Looks like a macro (from the focus), so that must have been one brave humming bird! Excellent shot, with the bird all the way up in the corner. 9.

Very cool capture. I might've cropped out a bit more on the right; there's the added bonus with that of having a bigger submission, too.

You can see the determination in its eyes :) Nice capture. The shot looks a little over processed.

Maybe a different dof would have made the photo better but i do like how this photos shutter speed wasnt too high, giving the viewer a sense of motion and flight. 7

Good job getting the hummingbird's head in focus! I might have broadened the DOF a bit to get a little bit more in focus, but this is still very well done. Not an easy thing to capture.

Oh man. This photo makes me so angry! You wouldn't believe, I spent about 2 hours the other day trying to take pictures of the humming birds in front of my house and they were just to fast. I got NOTHING. this is a great shot, esp. because I appreciate how difficult it is to get. You should be very proud.
