Greetings from the Critique Club

I'm going to start off by saying did you do sepia tone here? I don't believe you did looking at the glass stone but looking at the egg and background I would guess it is sepia toned. So as mentioned by someone else you need to adjust your white balance to correct this.

Your lighting technique adds interest and character to your egg...works with your title. I like the detail you have both on the stones and the egg. I really think you have a good image here but this just wasn't the right challenge for it.

not enough white as is called for in the instructions; otherwise nice work. too easy with the beige background

Your background looks more yellow than white, and I think the lighting was too strong on the left side of the egg. IMO the composition would have been better if the egg was not centered.

What a neat concept .. I have some beads like that (thoughts tickering away) .. great use of everyday product!
