The shadow is a problem. I was thinking banana split and I see now that the shadow will be hard to overcome.

Wonderful photo. I tried to do a similar shot, with ice cream and cream, and a berry for colour contrast, but the reality was much harder than the concept. The damn thing kept melting in the diffused outdoor sun, messing up my composition. After I'd eaten three or four bowls of icecream, I gave up, and did "delicate" instead. So, I have even more respect for the wonderful work you've done here.

I like the way you've arranged the photo. Some of the highlights seem over-exposed.

Very cool. I love the sprinkles and their colors. The bowl is al ittle fuzzy though, so it is blending with the background a little to much. Ice cream looks great.
