| It's not focused enough. Deeper field of focus would make a photo work. At least thumb should be in focus. |

| Focal point fills the frame well. Including an adult hand or finger, or something else for scale would have helped convey your point. With a macro shot like this, clipping the fingernails is essential. Good use of depth of field, although there is some lost focus on the thumb. Overall, a decent shot -- good luck in the challenge. |

| saw this one coming a mile away. I feel the subject is perfect, but the delivery could have been a lot better. |
